Q: Do you have a physical storefront?

A: Currently, we are only selling through online store.

 


 
Shopping FAQ

 

Q: What is your shopping process? Will it be delivered in a few days?

A: It takes about 2 to 5 working days from payment to receipt of the goods. You can check here for our Shopping Guide.

 

Q: How can I pay?

A: Currently, we only accept Online Bank Transfer as our main payment method.

 

Q: How do I check my order?

A: After login in, click “My orders” on the left and you can check your orders.

 

Q: How long after payment can my order be confirmed? Do I need to provide my payment information to you?

A: If you are using Online Bank Transfer, you will receive an email that confirms your order. You do not have to provide the payment information to us as it is automatically recorded in our system.

 


 

Delivery FAQ

 

Q: What is the way to pick up?

A: We will deliver the parcel to your specified address. However, you can also choose to pick up yourself at the designated pick up point provided by your courier service too.

 

Q: Can I specify a weekend or public holiday delivery?

A: Most of the courier services will not be making delivery on a weekend or public holiday. Courier service will only commence delivery on working day.

 

Q: When will my parcel be delivered?

A: After payment is made, the parcel will be shipped approximately in 2-3 working days. If the order is made on Friday, it will be postponed until next Monday (in case of public holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day).

 

Q: Will I get the shipment notification?

A: Customers will be notified by email, with the tracking code when the shipment is ready. You may check your delivery status at www.tracking.my.

 

Q: What are the available pickup points?

A: Every courier service has its own pickup points. Kindly check for the available pick up points near to you when using your courier service. Upon receiving the payment, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible on working days, and to be picked up at the designated points in 2-3 working days.

 


 

Member FAQ

 

Q: How can I become a member?

A: Click on the Login button on the top right → Click on the Register here link to register as a member.

 

Q: How do I login?

A: If you have registered as MAOUP member, click on the Login button on the top right, you can login with your email & password or login via your Facebook account.

 

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: Click on the Login button on the top right → Click on the Forgot password link → Enter your email address → You will receive an email titled “MAOUP Malaysia - New Password” → Login with your new password → Remember to change your password!

 

Q: How do I modify my membership information?

A: Click on the Login button on the top right → Click on My Account to edit your information: Password, Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Date of Birth, Gender and Address.

 

[Note]: By changing the email address, your login email address will be changed as well. Please use the updated email address to login and receive notification.

 

[Note]: The updated email address should not be registered in MAOUP as member before.
