Doggies look so cute, funny & "silly" ｜ when they chase their tails in circles.
Is... is there something on their tail? Or perhaps they are just playing with it? When it became a frequent thing, it means... They're UNDER HEAVY STRESS ٩(ŏ﹏ŏ、)۶
Start paying attention to them! Their stress comes from...
1. Not getting enough attention
Most of the time the parents are too busy with work that they often neglect their furkids. When this happens, furkid will feel stress. "Why is my parent not paying attention to me?" "What should I do to get his/her attention?"
2. Excessive energy
Sometimes, due to lack of exercise doggies would have excess energy and has nowhere to vent can build up stress. When the stress is built up, they will start acting weird such as chasing their tails around in order to "relieve" stress. However, the fact is, this doesn't really help in reducing their stress.(‘⊙д-)
3. Having OCD
When doggies are under stress, they might start to develop Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Doggies would start to feel that chasing the tail is a need.(⁰⊖⁰)
4. Having Pest Infection / Skin Diseases
If your furkids are facing fleas & ticks attack, or skin problems, their body would start to itch and they would feel uncomfortable. They would start to bite on the itch and thus creating the tail-chasing phenomenon.
5. Genetic Inheritance
Or perhaps if everything fails to explain their tail-chasing behaviour, most likely it is due to their own genetic problem.
Furboss TIPS -
When our furkid has no way of expressing their feeling, they would start acting weird. When this happens, parents should pay more attention to them. Start spending time with them so that they would feel loved again (｡•ㅅ•｡)♡
